- The Ripple Effect (YouTube) is a 15 minute video. It covers many source protection topics in general terms. The film was produced by Conservation Ontario and Ontario's 36 conservation authorities. It provides an overview of the source protection planning process.
The Walkerton Report
The Walkerton Report is the result of an inquiry led by Justice Dennis O'Connor of the Supreme Court of Ontario. The inquiry investigated the events in Walkerton and water safety across the province.
- Part One of the Walkerton Report describes the events in the community and the actions that led to the water becoming polluted. The report made recommendations relating to the specifics of the Walkerton tragedy.
- Part Two of the Walkerton Report looked at water safety across the province and the actions needed to stop a similar event from happening again.
