The Catfish Creek Source Protection Plan came into effect on January 1, 2015. The plan underwent a further minor amendment (PDF - 480 KB) in January 2022.
The plan has two parts Volume 1 (PDF - 2 MB) and Volume 2 (PDF - 1 MB). Please note the plan documents may not be accessible to people with disabilities. If you have a disability and require a document in an alternate format, please contact us.
The two volumes of the plan include:
- history of source protection planning and the Clean Water Act, 2006,
- source protection plan objectives,
- description of the watershed, and
- lists of policies and programs in the plan.
